Party Time Tuesdays #74

It's the last Tuesday of the month and that means Party Time Tuesdays is having one of their "Anything Goes' Challenges.  I've used Greenthumb Bear from one of this week's sponsors on my card.  I colored him in Paint.net, then changed him to grayscale and added the frame in Word.

All papers, rub-ons and dew drops are from our fabulous month-long sponsor The Robin's Nest.

Train Tracks

Did you know that June 12th is Machine Day?   Because of that, Party Time Tuesdays is challenging you to make a Father's Day card using something mechanical on it.  Here I have used the image Train Tracks by our sponsor The Stamping Boutique.  I copied it 3 times on a page in Word to keep my images the same size.  Then I colored each one differently, red, green and blue before printing.  After that it was just a matter of cutting them out with 3 different sized circle nestabilities, sponging the edges in black ink for definition and stacking them up with some foam tape for dimension.

Designer papers, dew drops and the flourish rub-on are all from our month-long sponsor The Robin's Nest.  I thought by using the cloud paper on it's side, it made the dark clouds look like puffs of smoke from the train engine.

As always, thanks for the visit and I hope you'll have time to party with our challenge this week at Party Time Tuesdays!

Seeing Spots

This week's Digi Makeover Challenge by Paper Makeup Stamps is lots of spots on your creation!  This stylish purse from Retail Therapy is paper-pieced and I used a silver gel pen to fill in the dotted purse strap.  Come get spotty with us and check out the other fabby Makeup Artist creations at the PMS Blog!

Drama Queen

This week at Party Time Tuesdays the theme is to give your card the Royal Treatment in honor of  the Queen's Birthday.  I thought this digi image "Walk Like an Egyptian" by our sponsor The Paper Shelter looked a bit dramatic, thus my Drama Queen title.  {giggle}  I used the program Paint.net to color her before printing.  All colored papers, dew drops and the rub-on sentiment are from our month-long sponsor The Robin's Nest.

Tic-Tac-Toe with Spots

We have a Tic-Tac-Toe Digi Makeover Challenge at Paper Makeup Stamps this week!  Can you tell which 3-in-a-row I picked?  Straight down the right side with "Kraft, Uncolored Image and Embossing"  I like how Moody for Flowers pops against the darker background in her uncolored state.  {grin}  And of course I printed the sentiment A World without Flowers before embossing over it in the corner.

For further inspiration, I used Sentimental Sunday's bonus sketch and theme Show me your SPOTS.
