Flowers in Bottles
It's Danni's 14th Anniversary, so we are celebrating all things love, wedding and anniversary along with your fairy or butterfly at Flutterby Wednesday! We are also happy to announce A Day for Daisies is sponsoring this challenge ~ be sure to check out all the details on how to play along at Flutterby Wednesday.
I used the ADFD image called Flowers in Bottles - printing it twice, so I could fussy cut and pop up the image of the second one. Sentiment is from the Hugs and Kisses set by Paper Makeup Stamps.

Thanks and Thanks
Flutterby Wednesday - #229 Lots of Layers
Digi Makeover Challenge - DM077 Stripes
SCS Sketch Challenge - SC425
Our Daily Bread - #144 Black & Cream
Crafty Catz - Dies & Punches
It seems I'm always in need of more thank you cards! I like this word art from Everyday Thanks at Paper Makeup Stamps. Because it's a digi image, I could give it a little shadow effect in Word before printing it on some designer paper by Fancy Pants from their Country Boutique collection. Actually, all the patterned paper on this card is from that same collection.
The Butterfly Border was cut with a C.C. Designs Cutter die. And of course I had to add lots of sparkle with some gems and my trusty stardust glitter pen!

Just My Style
The Digi Makeover Challenge by Paper Makeup Stamps has another "Anything Goes with a digi" theme this week. Have some New Year's fun and come along and join us!
I've brought back this favorite card featuring Retail Therapy. I just love how the paper-piecing and sparkle made this fun dress "pop".

Warm Memories
Flutter by Wednesday is having open challenges all month long - anything goes as long as you have a butterfly or fairy somewhere on your creation!
I've been busy caring for a sick son and getting him to all his appts. - so I'm sharing a favorite card of mine from a few years ago. This is Henry the Snow Angel Fairy from Paper Makeup Stamps. I have many fond memories of making snow angels when I was a girl and love this sentiment stamp that I found at a local craft store by Great Impressions.

Great Things
Flutterby Wednesday is going to have OPEN challenges all month long ~ just have a butterfly or fairy on your creation and you're good to go! {wink}
For the first week of December we have a the extra bonus of a prize certificate for $10 offered by Di's Digi Downloads.
I used a butterfly die-cut to create a template that I could use to sponge a blue butterfly over my word art from the PMS set Dream Big. I edged the circle with sparkly, blue spica glitter pen. My shimmery paper is from the Butterflies and Blossoms pad by DCWV.
My card also fits the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge going on at the Digi Makeover Challenge by Paper Makeup Stamps. My 3-in-a-row go down the right side "Sparkle, Word Art, Designer Paper"

Warm Winter Wishes
Party Time Tuesdays has an Anything Goes Challenge this week!
My card features the digi Snowman Frame from sponsor Crafty Sentiments. I colored it in Paint.net and then inserted it into a Word document where I could copy and paste it 3 times to get it the same size and all in a row.
The digi sentiment is from Snow Happy by Paper Makeup Stamps. I again inserted it in the Word document, then copied, pasted and changed the color of the second one to make a shadow for my quote.
My favorite bit is the silver stickles outline! {grin}

Christmas Snowflakes
Now that Thanksgiving is past, we are looking for Christmas or holiday projects at the Digi Makeover Challenge.
Here I created a background in Word with the snowflake from Color It Winter. And it may be hard to tell, but the sentiment from Season's Greetings was layered on top digitally - again in Word. That's one piece of white cardstock for the main panel. I just printed, taped it to colored paper and added some bling.
Be sure to stop by the PMS blog for other Christmas inspiration and to enter your own holiday creation to this week's challenge!

Face the Sunshine
Paper Makeup Stamps is looking for Weather Reports over at the Digi Makeover Challenge this week! My card features images from Jen's Sunshine. I just replaced the sun's face with one of the word arts and paper pieced it. I liked the layout from a previous Crazy4Challenges Sketch. And my white gems were colored yellow with a copic marker to match the sun. Papers are from Vintage Finds by Teresa Collins.

I have used the fairy from Jen's Sunshine charity set by Paper Makeup Stamps. I love how it looks like she's doing a little cheer. {grin} The sentiment from an old set of rub-ons that I've been hoarding. Papers are from Memory Box Viola collection. And I followed an old sketch from The Sweet Stop.

Love is All
Paper Makeup Stamps just released 5 new Word Art digi stamps. There's still time to go through the blog hop and leave comments for your chance to win a $10 gift certificate towards any digis in the PMS Store. The winner will be announced on the PMS Blog on Friday.
Today the makeup artists are reviewing the new digi stamps - take a peek at the PMS Blog for more inspiration!
My review card features the new Word Art "Love is All You Need" I immediately thought of A Couple of Moodies and how great this sentiment would look with them. For all that sparkle, I ran my paper die-cut through my xyron to coat it with adhesive. Then I just stuck the circle in the middle and covered the rest with glitter - easy-peasy!

Keep Cool
This week is all about Keeping Cool at the Digi Makeover Challenge by Paper Makeup Stamps. I decided to color up Moody for Snow in cool tones of blue and gray, plus I think she looks "cool" in her winter outfit and the snow falling around her must obviously be cool to the touch! The saying is one of many from Little Moments. I love how you can size a digi sentiment to be as big or as small as you want for your card.
Challenges Entered:
Just Inspirational - Snow Picture
Stampin' Sisters in Christ - Pastels
Crafty Ribbons Challenge - Spots & Dots
Dream Valley Challenges - Die Cuts & Punches

A Fairy for Friday
Party Time Tuesdays - #79 Anything Goes
Flutterby Wednesdays - Design Team Call
Scrapbook Sisters - #93 Things with Wings
Repeat Impressions - DCC81 Black, White +1 color
Cute Card Thursday - #228 Clean and Simple
Charisma Cardz Challenges - #30 Pink +1 color
Isn't this fairy a cutie-patootie? She's from The Digi Garden and called On a Wing and a Prayer 001. Her wings sparkle because of silver glitter liner from Viva Decor and that fab ribbon and blingy button are from Creating is Fun. THEN that perfect sentiment that she's sitting on is from Paper Makeup Stamps. I colored a few of the words pink in Paint.net before printing.
Have you seen and heard that my friend Danni is bringing back Flutterby Wednesdays?! I am just giddy with joy, let me tell you! I have so missed my weekly fix of butterflies and fairies, haven't you? If you are interested in her DT Call - check it out here.
Thanks so much for fluttering by today!

Jen's Sunshine
Paper Makeup Stamps has a very special digi release today in honor of fellow team member Jennifer Scull called Jen's Sunshine. It features 2 images (a new Beautiful Day Fairy and a Sun) and 3 new Word Art quotes. All proceeds from the sale of this digi set will benefit Jen and her family. Be sure to visit Jen's blog Just Coffee Please...& Stamps, & Ribbons, & Paper and leave her some love there. Jen is such an inspiration as she continually looks for the sunny side of things in her battle against breast cancer.
For my card I actually flipped both the fairy and sun images before printing them - I love how easy it is to get a mirror image with digi stamps! {grin} I printed and colored the sun twice so I could pop-up the face of it for some depth. The fairy is fussy cut and taped on the card-front for some dimension there too. Of course her pink fairy wings are dusted with glitter - and I gave her a blue dress b/c I seem to recall Jen liking the color blue.
Stay tuned for information on a Blog Hop for Jen on August 29th featuring Jen's Sunshine. We will be looking for lots of participation from everyone who buys this charity set. There will be extra fun and prizes too, of course!
