Star Student Digi

Welcome to my stop on today's Blog Hop.  If you came from  Randee's blog, you are in the right place.  Otherwise, you can start at the PMS Blog to see all the fun projects from this release and to collect the letters for your 15% off discount code.

I have used the digi version of Star Student from the Color Kids collection.  That allowed me to flip her to face the other direction and omit the stray hair on top of her head.  I was just in a neat and tidy mood, lol.  The sentiment comes with her both in rubber or digi.  I actually snipped my rubber saying in half and lined the words up on top of each other instead of side by side on my acrylic block.

The papers and accessories are all from the Mon Cheri Card Kit.  And I followed the sketch created by our very own Lisa McKinney for the Paper Sundaes Challenge that Paper Makeup is sponsoring this week.

Before you head out, grab your letter "D".  Now you are ready to hop to Lisa's Blog and see what creative project she has to show you!

Coloring is awesome as usual, Michelle! And I love your comment about the stray hair. i think it's actually an antennae like the fairies...but it annoys me too! LOL! Love the tidyness of this card!

Nice take on Lisa's sketch. I love that you used ribbon instead of paper for the strips. Great coloring and too funny about the little piece of hair :)

The coloring and attention to detail shading is perfect. The Star Student really stands out with the darker background. BTW I had to go to your blog to get into the blog hop at the beginning because somebody forgot to tell us where to start.;-) Thanks for directing me to the start place.
