Flutterby Wednesday - FBW150 Soft Pastel Colors
Sparkle Creations - SCRSC38 Sketch
SCS Color Combo - CC318 So Pretty Pizzaz!
We are celebrating at Flutterby Wednesday! Not only is this week the 150th FBW Challenge, but we also had a new record of over 200 participants a couple weeks ago - Woohoo! So, we have a couple of fun prizes to give away {2 Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps} and {Anita Be Stampin Fairy Digi Collection} Be sure to check out the Flutterby Wednesday blog for all the details on how to participate and be entered to win! {wink}
This week's challenge is to use soft pastel colors with your butterfly, fairy or angel. I embossed Charlotte with a Rose from Sparkle Creations on watercolor paper and shaded her in with an aquapainter and ink. I ran the green panel through my xyron to cover it with adhesive, so I could attach my image panel to it and then coat the rest with dazzling diamonds glitter for lots of sparkle! {grin} Of course, the little pink butterfly needed the same treatment!
Thanks for fluttering by and I hope you'll play along with us at Flutterby Wednesday!

such a pretty card, great colors!
so very pretty! I love the embossed background, it's such a soft way to break up a plain white card base :)
