Here's a picture of our standard poodle when she turned a year old in April. When we decided to get a puppy last year, I wanted a girl. I live with my husband and two sons and I just wanted some female companionship, KWIM? She is truly a sweetheart. So well-behaved and fun-loving. We go for walks every day and her favorite game is to fetch a tennis ball over and over again. It's great watching her leap and twist in the air to catch one too.

What a great dog! I like Standard poodles, they are such clowns! Enjoy her. Find something fun to do with her like agility or rally obedience or flyball or something. Its so fun to play with dogs!
She's a cutie! Poodles are so smart too. My folks and sister both had poodles (died at 10 & 19) and now have maltipoos and love them to pieces.
She's adorable and yes I know what you mean, I am the only girl here too. My love, two sons, two male dogs and a male guinea pig. Heavy sigh! haha!
