Flutterby Wednesday's Birthday Blowout

Are you ready to party with us at Flutterby Wednesday? Danni's birthday is this week and she is having a HUGE Birthday Blowout Giveaway of some of her favorite things. And I gotta tell you she has marvelous taste when it comes to favorite things! {wink} Check out this list of generous sponsors!

A huge thank you to the following, in no particular order~

What an incredible sponsor list, right?! Be sure to go here to read all the details on how to participate in this week's challenge and get a chance to win that HUGE Birthday Blowout Giveaway. Now onto my card...

This week's challenge {FBW120} is to use a sketch provided by Mercy Kerin to make a birthday card with a butterfly, fairy or angel on it. I just got the neatest flower stamp ever by Ippity from their The Simple Things set - it's like a dandelion made up of butterflies! Isn't that fun?! I colored it with markers to stamp it multi-colored and then covered it with a clear spica pen for sparkle. I even got a close-up pic to show some of the shimmer {yay!}

The sentiment and that very faint burlap pattern for the ground are Ippity stamps too. Then those pretty Echo Park papers are in their Summer 2010 collection.

Thanks for fluttering by today and I hope to see your creation at Flutterby Wednesday this week too. {BIG smile}

Stamps: The Simple Things, A Bit of Burlap and Just Wanted to Say by Ippity Stamps
Paper: Echo Park Life Is Good DP, Very Vanilla
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Wild Wasabi, Baja Breezea and Rose Romance Markers, Clear Spica glitter Pen, Corner Punch, Circle Punch, Dimensionals, Gems
